1. General Information
All products are fulfilled through international suppliers and shipped directly from various global locations. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and New Zealand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or address changes are no longer possible.
3. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Returns or refunds are accepted in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged.
The item is defective or not functioning properly.
The wrong item was received.
To be eligible, you must contact us at info@benerax.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof.
4. European Union Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
5. Australia & New Zealand Consumer Rights
Customers in Australia and New Zealand have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products must be of acceptable quality and match their description.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Except for statutory rights in the EU, AU, and NZ, returns/refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection by the customer, or items damaged due to misuse.
7. Return Shipping & Address
Important: Please do not send returns to our registered office address in Georgia without prior authorization. All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international return facility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (up to 14 days for EU customers). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
United States & Canada: 4–15 business days
United Kingdom & European Union: 4–13 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
Shipping delays due to customs or logistics do not qualify for refunds, except where required by the consumer laws mentioned above.
